Tommy Cooley, Jr., is a seasoned businessman with over 20 years of experience. Mr. Cooley currently oversees TOTE Holdings, LLC, Credit Business Services, Inc., AVS Screening, Gulf Coast Turf, LLC, T & T Handyman Services, LLC., and Marshco Resources, LLC. He owns a PostNet franchise, as well as Fount Financial Corporation, in the role of President and CEO. These businesses offer accounts receivable management, property management, asset management, merchant services, tenant and employment screening, call center operations, printing and shipping, virtual staffing, and extend business office solutions.

Mr. Cooley guides the vision and resources of Fount Financial to serve the agencies and consumers with the utmost respect and convenience. He ensures the highest ethical standards are maintained in all aspects of the business. Mr. Cooley graduated from the University of West Florida in 2000 with a Degree in Marketing. He currently sits on the board of directors for both the Come As You Are and Second Chance of Northwest Florida non-profit organizations based in Bay County, FL. As a lifelong resident of Bay County, Mr. Cooley now proudly calls Panama City Beach his home.
